Chang Zhao (赵昶)
Hong Kong Polytechnic University
Chang Zhao is a third-year PhD student at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Central South University and subsequently obtained a master’s degree from the Innovation Academy for Precision Measurement Science and Technology (APM), Chinese Academy of Sciences. Chang's research focuses on the structural biology of macromolecules, with a particular interest in understanding protein conformational dynamics and interactions. To explore these biological systems, she employs a multidisciplinary approach integrating hydrogen–deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. Her work aims to provide high-resolution structural insights into complex biological processes.
