The goal of this workshop is to bring some of the leading researchers and technology experts in algorithmic game theory to HK to share their expertise and experience on the newest developments with their HK peers in the related areas.

In the past 10 years, theory and applications on algorithmic game theory has been an explosive growth because of its great importance in Internet economics. There are many challenging research issues for both theoreticians and practitioners. With this trend, the research and applications of algorithmic tame theory in HK are also rapidly developing. Our goal is to bring some of the leading researchers and technology experts in algorithmic game theory to HK to share their expertise and experience on the newest developments with their HK peers in the related areas. The main objective of this ASI includes: (1) Stimulate the local academic research on algorithmic game theory, and bring it to a higher level; (2) Introduce game theory to local related industries, and deploy it to applications; and (3) Establish long-term academic relationship between the world leading scientists and the local young researchers. Potential research collaborations may be attained.
