CSA: Craft Beer workshop
Croucher scholars gathered on a Friday night to learn about beer brewing.
The Croucher Scholars Association organised a craft beer workshop for Croucher scholars on 6 July.
At the two-hour workshop, Croucher scholars learnt about beer making and explored 8 different types of craft beers. They also had a chance to infuse their beer with natural herb essence and create their own beer label.
Steering committee of the Association, Albert C. S. Chung, Leo Poon, Rosa Chan , Jonathan Choi and Ken Ho encourages scholars to join the Croucher Scholars Association.
