What to expect
During the webinar, you’ll hear from current Croucher scholars who will share their experiences and practical tips, from choosing a supervisor and research group to putting together a strong application. We will also go through common questions and point out what to expect at each stage, including interview preparation. You can send questions in advance when you register or use the chat during the session to ask them live.

 

Format and access
The webinar will be hosted via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. Cameras and microphones will be disabled for all participants to keep the session smooth and accessible. The access link will be sent to you by email after registration.

 

Who it's for
This session is designed for prospective applicants to the Croucher Study Awards in the current cycle, including final‑year undergraduates, master’s students, and early PhD candidates exploring study and research opportunities.

  • To be eligible to apply for a Croucher Study Award, you must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong.
  • The webinar link will be emailed to you after you complete registration.
  • Participant video and audio will remain off throughout the session.
  • You can submit questions via the chat; pre‑submission is also available at registration.
