Shuaiqi Tang (汤帅奇)
Nanjing University
I am currently an associate professor in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences, Nanjing University. My primary efforts have been focusing on bridging the gap between atmospheric observations and numerical modeling. Specifically, I transform the detailed field observations into value-added products that can be easily used to drive or evaluate climate models. My research interests include objective data analysis on field campaign data, understanding aerosol, cloud, convection, precipitation processes and aerosol-cloud interaction from both observation and modeling aspects. The ultimate goal is to improve the performance of the current and next-generation climate models.
