Tengda Lou graduated with a master's degree in surveying. He is beginning his PhD programme at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he will be researching atmospheric rivers and the transport of water vapour in extreme weather events. His work will involve understanding the dynamics of these phenomena and their implications for climate and weather forecasting.
