Jing Sun holds dual degrees in ocean science and computer science from the Ocean University of China. During her PhD and subsequent postdoctoral research at the GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel, she developed a strong foundation in climate dynamics and deep learning.
