I obtained my bachelor's degree in Physics from HKUST in 2021. Following that, I pursued a master's degree in Applied Earth Sciences at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, specialising in Geoscience and Remotes Sensing. During this time, my research focused on studying thunderstorm clouds using millimeter-wavelength radar, and employing large eddy simulations to analyse the dynamics of boundary layer clouds. In 2023, I returned to HKUST as a research assistant, exploring the impacts of aerosol reduction on precipitation in tropical cyclones. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Atmospheric Environmental Science at HKUST, with a research focus on cloud microphysics and numerical weather modeling.
