Chen Chen graduated from the College of Oceanic and Atmospheric Sciences at Ocean University of China with a major in atmospheric science. Currently, Chen is pursuing her master's degree at the School of Atmospheric Sciences, Sun Yat-sen University, where her research focuses on atmospheric physics and the atmospheric environment. Chen's primary research interest lies in understanding the impacts of cloud microphysical processes on the development of tropical cyclones, particularly through numerical simulations. She is passionate about uncovering the intricate mechanisms of cloud microphysical processes affecting typhoons, aiming to contribute to improved forecasting and better comprehension of tropical cyclones.
