Zongyuan Xin is currently a PhD student in The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on developing next-generation transistors based on two-dimensional semiconductors. He is particularly interested on the novel quantum properties of 2D materials and would like to learn more about the device fabrication methods for characterisation of quantum effect at extreme condition.
