Chundong Xue is an associate professor and PhD supervisor at Dalian University of Technology. He received his bachelor’s degree in engineering mechanics from Shandong University in 2012 and his PhD in fluid mechanics from the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2017. He joined Dalian University of Technology in the same year. He specialises in complex fluids and micro- and nanofluidics, with a particular focus on nanoparticle transport, anomalous diffusion and biological microfluidics. To date, he has published more than 60 papers in micro- and nanofluidics and related fields in leading journals, including Journal of Fluid Mechanics, Physical Review E, Physics of Fluids, Nano Letters and Lab on a Chip.
