Please follow the instructions below and upload a profile photo of yourself.

1. Ask a friend or colleague to help you to take the photo.
2. Use the highest quality camera you have available.
3. Take your photo against a large white or light coloured wall with a metre space to the left and right of yourself. The wall should not be in direct sunlight and should be lit naturally without shadows or bright spots.
4. Position yourself about 1 metre in front of the wall to create some depth.
5. Ask your photographer to hold the phone or camera in landscape mode and to step back until the photo is framed as a ½ body shot as shown. We do not want a passport-style headshot.
6. Relax your face and wear a friendly, approachable expression. Smile with your eyes as well as your mouth. Avoid overly serious or stern expressions.
