Assistant Professor, Department of Management Sciences, City University of Hong Kong

I am an assistant professor in business statistics at City University of Hong Kong, Department of Management Sciences. Prior to that I earned my Ph.D. and MBA degrees from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, MS from University of Chicago and BS from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).

My research interests focus on Bayesian statistics, machine learning methodology and empirical asset pricing. For more details, please see Research.

I am co-organising the Hong Kong Conference for FinTech, AI and Big Data in Business. AlsoI am running the Quantactix Lab with Dr. Zhi Chen and Dr. Guanhao Feng. Our lab is looking for self-motivated Postdoc, Ph.D. students and research assistants.
