Qiqi Chen

Qiqi Chen is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She received her PhD degree from the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Hong Kong in 2023. She also holds a master's degree and a bachelor's degree from the School of Computer Science and Engineering at South China University of Technology, earned in 2018 and 2013, respectively. Her research on smart industrial decision support systems began in 2015, leading to the publication of seven papers in top-tier journals and international conferences, such as AEI and CAIE. Dr. Chen has been awarded the HK RTH-ITF in 2025 and has participated in more than ten research projects funded by HK ITC, HK RGC, and NSFC. Her current research interests include cyber-physical systems, industrial IoT, aviation maintenance operation management, and aircraft parts logistics.
