Min Tang
Monash University
Min Tang is a PhD candidate in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering at Monash University, specialising in AI and machine learning. She holds a master’s degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, where she focused on information and communication engineering. Before her doctoral studies, Min worked as a Senior Algorithm Engineer at Baidu Inc. and Meituan Inc., developing large-scale search and recommendation systems. Her research explores information retrieval, trustworthy AI, and large language models, with a focus on fairness, robustness, and real-world applications. Passionate about both academia and industry, Min aims to advance ethical AI while bridging theory and practice.
