Lu Wang is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She received her PhD in Financial Mathematics and Financial Engineering from Shandong University in 2024. During 2022-2023, she completed a joint-training PhD program at the Department of Applied Mathematics, University of Waterloo. Her research primarily focuses on backward stochastic differential equations, stochastic optimal control, and generative models. Lu has published papers in journals such as Mathematical Control and Related Fields and Advanced Quantum Technologies. Currently, she is interested in flow matching generative models and problems related to Stackelberg equilibrium.
