Jiang Ke is a postgraduate student in Tourism Planning at University Technology Malaysia, currently transitioning to a PhD track focused on tourism digital governance, with the aim of pursuing doctoral studies in Hong Kong. He applies foundation-model NLP and statistical methods to analyze over 100,000 TripAdvisor reviews of Hong Kong and Macao. His research integrates fake-review detection with aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA; TourBERT) to build an aspect-emotion matrix for destination governance. Prior to this, Jiang conducted qualitative research on rural homestay entrepreneurship in Yuhu Village, resulting in publications in CPCI and Scopus. His research interests include Bayesian topic modeling, ABSA evaluation, and algorithmic governance in tourism.
