Xiaoxue Liu (刘晓雪)
Shanghai Jiao Tong University
Xiaoxue Liu is currently an associate professor at the Tsung-Dao Lee Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Prior to this, she conducted postdoctoral research at Brown University and earned her PhD from Peking University. Her research focuses on exploring exotic quantum states of matter in two-dimensional van der Waals materials. Recent work includes experimental studies of superconductivity in both graphene-based moiré and moiréless systems; the integer and fractional quantum anomalous Hall effects in transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDc) moiré superlattices; and interlayer exciton condensation in double-layer graphene systems. By combining quantum transport measurements with advanced device engineering, her research aims to uncover and understand emergent quantum phenomena in low-dimensional electronic systems.
