I received my Ph.D. in Physics from Peking University in 2016. I then conducted postdoctoral research, first as a Smalley-Curl Postdoctoral Fellow at Rice University (September 2016 – March 2018), and subsequently at Cornell University (March 2018 – May 2021). Since June 2021, I have been a Tenure-Track Associate Professor at the School of Physics and Astronomy, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU).
My current research focuses on experimental studies of emergent quantum phenomena—such as the fractional quantum anomalous Hall effect and unconventional superconductivity—in two-dimensional van der Waals materials and their moiré superlattices. Our work involves a variety of experimental techniques, including low-temperature transport and optical measurements, as well as device nanofabrication.
