Qi Qian (钱琦)

Dr Qi Qian is currently an assistant professor in the School of Science and Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. She previously conducted postdoctoral research at UCLA with Professor Xiangfeng Duan and received her PhD degree from Purdue University with Professor Michael Manfra. Her research interest focuses on quantum transport in novel quantum materials and devices. She has published more than 10 papers as the first and corresponding author, including Nature (2), Nature Nanotechnology (2), and Nature Communications. She was recognized as a member of Innovators under 35 Asia Pacific by MIT technology review and National High-Level Overseas Young Talent, and received MRS Postdoctoral Award, the nomination of Chancellor’s Award for Postdoctoral Research at UCLA and the Lark-Horovitz Prize in Physics.
