Jinjie Zhang (张靳杰)

Jinjie Zhang is a physics researcher who earned his Master of Science in Physics from New York University in 2022. Since then, he has served as a faculty member in the Arts and Science Department at Lamar Community College in Lamar, Colorado, where he has been teaching general physics courses. Alongside his teaching responsibilities, he continues to pursue research in condensed matter theory. His academic interests include quantum Hall physics, with a particular focus on Fractional Chern Insulator physics, as well as broader topics in strongly correlated materials. Jinjie's ongoing engagement in research reflects his commitment to advancing theoretical understanding within the field. In autumn 2025, he will begin a new research position at Peking University, working under the mentorship of Professor Jie Wang.
