Jiangchang Zheng (郑江畅)
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
This is Zheng Jiangchang(Andrew) from HKUST,I am a PhD student in Physics at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. My primary research interest lies in utilizing scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) to study flat band physics, particularly in kagome flat bands (FeSn family and CsV3Sb5 family for example) and moiré flat band systems (MATBG). I am also fascinated by superconducting systems and charge density wave (CDW) phenomena and defect physics. Through my work, I aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of these quantum materials and their potential applications. I also enjoy using STM to capture and collect microscopic images of different material surfaces.
