Hui Liu (刘辉)
Stockholm University
I'm Hui Liu, a postdoc in Emil Bergholtz's group at Stockholm University. I did my PhD in Leibniz institute for Solid state and Materials research Dresden with Cosma Fulga and Jeroen van den Brink. My ongoing project is about the interplay of many body interactions and topological phases of matter in transition metal dichalcogenides, more specifically, Fractional topological insulators and their associated exotic phenomena. During my PhD, I mainly focused on the study of topological phases of matter. These include topological insulators, topological superconductors, Floquet topological systems, Chalker-Coddington network models, and non-Hermitian topological systems. I am also interested in disorder phenomena in topological systems, such as the pair levitation and annihilation process, quantum Hall plateau transitions, and metal-insulator transitions.
