Hanyun Sun (孙瀚云)
Zhejiang University
Hanyun Sun is a PhD student in Zhao Liu’s group at the School of Physics, Zhejiang University. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Hanyun employs both numerical and analytical methods to investigate correlated states of matter, including fractional quantum Hall systems and fractional Chern insulators. His recent research focuses on the search for novel states of matter within the topological flat bands of Moiré materials, with a particular emphasis on the composite fermion liquid. Previously, he studied the non-equilibrium dynamics of matter and aimed to leverage this knowledge to enhance the precision of quantum sensing.
