Zixian Yang
Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
Zixian Yang is a PhD student in the research group of Professor Vic Law, specialising in theoretical condensed matter physics. His research focuses on unconventional superconductivity and quantum many-body systems, employing advanced numerical and analytical techniques to explore emergent phenomena in strongly correlated electron systems. With a deep interest in understanding exotic superconducting states and non-trivial collective behaviors in quantum materials, he aims to bridge theoretical predictions with experimental observations. Prior to joining Professor Law's group, he earned his bachelor’s degree at BIT under the supervision of Professor Fan Yang. Beyond research, he is passionate about scientific outreach and collaborative interdisciplinary projects.
